NEW ART STUDIOS – SHIPLEY

Cleckheaton Construction were briefed to demolish the existing property at 202 Saltaire Road and then to design and build a new property with complete fit out, to accommodate a new tenant ‘The Salt Works’. 

The outcome was an eye-catching new building to accommodate a co-working workspace for artists and creatives to use independently as an inspiring workspace and gallery.
