NEW WAREHOUSE – STAFFORDSHIRE

Cleckheaton Construction were awarded the design and build of a new warehouse storage facility approximately 3800m2, finished with 2 bespoke internal storage areas for flammable goods and aerosols respectively.

The creation of a built in mezzanine product picking area, all served by automated link bridge and conveyor system from state of the art factory building. 5 no automated dock leveller, ramped forklift truck access, loading bays with 1700m2 concreted yard front, permeable parking area for up to 30 cars and dedicated purpose built security booth.
