PAINT TINTING PLANT REFURBISHMENT

Main Contractor for global supplier of paints, coatings and speciality materials.

This project involved extensive civil and structural engineering to prepare this facility for new, advanced process equipment.

The scope included the construction of multiple heavy-duty reinforced concrete foundations for a new tank farm, a bulk storage silo, resin tanks, and several robotic bases. The project also featured significant structural alterations, including raising the roof of the pre-mix area with new steelwork and insulated cladding to accommodate the new plant. Ancillary works included creating service trenches, replacing roof panels, and making various floor alterations.
