FORMATION OF NEW INTERNAL OFFICE BLOCK, WITH FULL OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE REFURBISHMENT

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of this project with Wharfedale Ltd and their tenant Glick Gift Wrap, at Grange Valley Road in Batley.

This project involved:

• Dilapidation and demolition works to the existing unit to suit the clients new proposed layout
• External roof works, cladding decoration, new doors and windows and disabled ramp access  
• Formation of new office block with a bright and modern fit out of offices, welfare facilities, canteen and warehouse
