With a shortage of affordable industrial accommodation in the Leeds market, we were asked by our client to undertake a mass refurbishment and splitting programme on their 24,000 sq. ft unit at Crescent Trading Estate, Dewsbury Road, Leeds.

Outcome: Crescent Trading Estate comprised of 4 fully refurbished units to client specifications, including a new roof across the whole unit and ample car parks spaces available to suit individual business needs.
