NEW RETAIL PARK DEVELOPMENT – ROBERTOWN

This project consisted of the demolition of an existing glass manufacturing works and site remediation to create a new ‘out of town’ retail park to serve the local community of Mirfield, Liversedge, Robertown and Hightown.

This included the construction of a purpose build Sainsbury’s Local, Tamp and Stamp Coffee House, Greggs and Atlas Carpets and Flooring.

As this project was on a busy main road we worked closely with Kirklees council to minimise disruption throughout planning and the construction phase of the project.

We have a long relationship with our client and this is another example of a turnkey project that was delivered to them on time and within budget.
